Refund & Return Policy

30-day return policy.  If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our product, return it and the clamps within 30 days, and you will be reimbursed.

Shipping

Standard Fed Ex Ground shipping will be used for all shipping. Standard delivery is within 3-5 days—the item ships within 24 hours of ordering.

Warranty

Each Groomer’s Wall should last for untold years, but if you have any problems within two years, let us know immediately, and we will repair, provide replacement parts as needed, or replace at our discretion.

Repair of Groomer’s Wall

In the unlikely event that your Groomer’s Wall is severely scratched, dented, or warped by fire, heat, a circular saw, or a bear attack, contact us. There are ways to repair even bear teeth marks on your wall.
